The patient is suffering a terrible virus infection, and your role as Dr.Roland is to get rid of those ugly and funky viruses, throwing them colored vitamin capsules.

If four elements of the same color get together, all of them will disappear, and you will be one step closer to cure the infection.

Dr.Roland is a tetrislike game that you can enjoy alone with your Amstrad CPC, or in a fun battle with a friend side to side.

Very nice game. Our German-language review can be found in our recorded livestream starting at 02:29:01. Subscription to our YouTube or Twitch channel is welcome. 🙂

hello, I downloaded and loved your work. Just a little feedback on the gameplay: the controls are random. When you press in one direction, often the pill moves two or three times. Ditto for the rotation. Thank you again for making your game available. Well done.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your comment.

I was working on the controls for a long time, and after trying different approches , I finally implemented a system that changes the amount of times that the keyboard is checked depending on the speed of the pill... but, you are right sometimes the keyboard scan is too quick and the pill moves two positions at a time.

I will try to have a look at it again , in order to check if I can do something to avoid this.

Regards.
